 4-6 Striders @75% effort
15-30 seconds rest between striders

Stretches:
Standing Double Leg Hamstring Stretch
hold 10-15 seconds for each stretch

Right over left, and Left Over Right
hold 10-15 seconds for each stretch

Standing Split Stretch (right, left, middle)
hold 10-15 seconds for each stretch

Double Leg Toe Sit
hold 10-15 seconds for each stretch

Triangle Stretch
hold 10-15 seconds for each stretch

Hurdle Stretch both sides
hold 10-15 seconds for each stretch

T-Stretch
hold 10-15 seconds for each stretch

Quad Stretch
hold 10-15 seconds for each stretch

Calf Stretch
hold 10-15 seconds for each stretch
